Convenient street parking and pay to park lot kitty corner to building and close to restaurants for easy catering accessibility. Room Specs: - 255 ft² Conference Room - Dimensions: 17'L x 15'W - Board Room Seating for 10 - Additional chairs for perimeter seating available (Room can accommodate up to 20 with seating along walls) - Room can accommodate an additional table for catering setup upon request Space rental includes: - Whiteboard - Conference Phone - Flip Board Stand - Flat Screen TV w/ HDMI Plug In - DVD Player - WiFi Our space is perfect for team meetings, board meetings, client meetings, discussions, off-sites, boardroom, conference room, group work, planning sessions, work sessions, brainstorms, corporate meetings, interviews, sales meetings, team building and more! ***After Hours Pricing*** If you would like to use the space outside of the hours designated in our availability below, we are happy to accommodate if the space is available. A four (4) hour minimum is typically required for bookings outside of working hours and will be determined on a case by case basis. The hourly rate of $90.00/hr will apply to cover the cost of having one of our qualified security guards onsite to grant access to the building.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The space itself was fantastic - perfect for presentation needs, and the staff on site was really easy to work with. However, as someone from out of town, the location was completely unknown to me. The proximity to the homeless shelter, and adjacent tent city was troublesome to many of the business professionals that I had invited to the event, which they expressed to me (and many of them cancelled their attendance once I sent them the location).
