Only 2 cars max can be accommodated at the home and they must be parked along the wall. Larger crews will either have to lyft/uber up to the house or take a van. The streets in the neighborhood are extremely narrow and I don't want my neighbors to be upset.

- No smoking - No pets (unless used for photo shoot and with homeowner permission) - Alcohol is permitted with discussion of ground rules with homeowner - No loud music will be permitted indoors or outdoors above 60 DB past 8PM - The type of party and number of guests must be approved by homeowner - For parties, homeowner may require guests to supply their name and contact information. The max number of guests is 10. There is surveillance on-site so the owner will know if this maximum is exceeded. - Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors - All rentals include setup and teardown time. Please inquire for details about staffing - Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request - Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest - Front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use lock box and key code provided - Photos of the interior and exterior of the home are taken prior to arrival and after departure. If it is found that any items have been broken or are missing, the guest will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the item.
