Host your next event or film screening overlooking the canopy of 1st Ave S in Pioneer Square. Exposed brick and beam, large windows and ample natural light, make this an ideal event venue. Exposed brick, beams, large white walls, 12ft ceilings and ample natural light. Space size is approximately 1,000 sq ft. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The space was very clean, nice and bright. We had a Team Offsite and liked that we could arrange the tables and chairs in any configuration to do group activities. There was a bit of background noise from the streets below so the walls are not very insulated. You can hear car horns blaring and the occasional siren so that can be a distraction. Our host was friendly and quick to respond to additional requests. We had a last minute change in agenda and I really appreciated her help with reprinting them before the team arrived. I would do my own catering next time rather than through the addon service but that is not a reflection on the actual space itself. We had many options for happy hour afterwards so it was overall very convenient and accommodated our team needs.
