Very spacious loft apartment (about 2000 sq feet, 188 sq m, at last measure - so very big for New York) in the center of arguably the coolest area of the city modern, minimalist furniture, very open, very clean, brick walls, big windows. A Massive space that gets flooded with light via a wall of windows. Natural brick walls (as opposed to unnatural I suppose) and a lovely Merbeau wooden floor, both of which look good (but don't say much) The building is a very smart development with great views of the city skyline. Quiet, lovely, village feel, with parks and pedestrian areas just outside, but close enough to get anywhere very easily. I think I am allowed to say it is authentic.

Amazing space and extraordinary host. Highly recommend to everyone out there to use this space for productions. So many wonderful filming options for a great price!
The Space was very clean, neat, and stylish. I loved all the different looks you could pull off in this space. Nice natural light in the living room. Marc the Host was super responsive and helped me book the space for a very last minute shoot, even offered to have me check out the space beforehand. He was very respectful and polite while we were shooting as well. Would definitely recommend for future video and film shoots.
Marc was incredibly responsive and helpful! Space was great and appeared as advertised. We shot video content and despite some noise, we were able to utilize the space sufficiently!
Marc was incredibly responsive over both Peerspace and the text. The space is ideal for load-in, with no stairs and an elevator that opens directly into the home. We were able to easily find metered parking near the entrance. People booking should know that he is also renting out the apartment for overnight guests, meaning that there were other people in the apartment (although he was able to ask them to leave during filming, but not the entire duration of our rental). Because of guests, you will need to use his private bathroom through the bedroom. Likewise there is a large amount of street traffic. The number of sirens, horns, and vehicles was disruptive to filming an interview, so I would recommend the space for photoshoots or other productions less dependent on audio.
Great, friendly host, prompt communications, and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Space itself was exceptional for a lifestyle/boudoir shoot, the bathtub and walk-in shower was a huge plus as well as the amount of natural lighting around. Highly recommended, would definitely book again in the future.
