About the Space
Our newly renovated 900 sqft studio is a clean, modern space with abundant natural light. The bright space is kept with minimal furnishings to allow for creative design and inspiration. The storefront access allows for easy load-in and load-out of equipment or lighting. The beautiful exposed brick can work great as a backdrop for any photography. Located in Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood, the studio is situated in the heart of the city, within minutes of downtown. Features -High Ceilings -Exposed Brick -Plenty of Natural Light -2 Round Tables, 2 6ft Folding Tables -Seating: 10 Chairs and Couch Please note, the space is not available past 6pm. *The rate of $50 per hour is only applicable to rentals Monday - Thursday.

Rules
No selling of alcohol. No parties only small gatherings. No smoking. Space must be left as found, clean up must take place during booked time. Trash should be placed in bags or trash cans, host will remove from building. Must recycle according to City of Chicago Ordinance - bags will be provided.

Rosalva was an excellent host! She was beyond accommodating and super sweet! The venue is beautiful! We hosted a bridal shower and it couldn’t have been more perfect! We were provided with all details upon arrival! Rosalva is very organized and super helpful, answering all of my questions! Definitely recommend and will book again for future events!!!! Maria
I couldn't have chosen a better event space. After, having to change venues I was happy I stumble across this one. Rosalva was amazing, very accommodating, and nice. I would certainly book again!

The soace is extremely beutiful and has amazing natural light. The contrast of the brick wall and painted wall are immaculate. Rosalva and staff were very friendly and extremely helpful from start to finish throughout the entire process. The space is intimate yet large enough to conduct just about any event of your choosing. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Definitely a gem and at a great and affordable rate!
