The Momentum Media Agency studio is available for your projects 24/7. Your booking includes 2 reserved parking spaces in the adjacent parking lot. You will also have access to the common areas: kitchen and two restrooms. And you can listen to your favorite music with our AUX/Bluetooth Speaker. Walls of glass bring great light to this east facing unit with an open floor plan and tons of space. Two big baths and two huge walk-in closets, stainless steel kitchen, washer and dryer inside, high ceilings and hardwood floors. Walk to restaurants, Staples and LA Live. * HOURLY RATE The posted price per hour is for a crew of 15 people max including crew & talent. Larger productions are welcome, we just need to discuss details regarding size and pricing. * YOUR TIME. Your booking starts and ends according to the booked hours. Please, don't be late for your session's start (we won't add missed time to your booking) and wrap up by the session's end to avoid overtime conditions. * FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success! If you are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music videos or advertising campaigns, please contact us through the message center to discuss details, pricing and availability. Please include the following: *Total number of crew & talent *Desired date(s) *Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down *Equipment & lighting specs * EXTRAORDINARIES: If your project involves more than 15 people (+$5/hour for each extra person), furry/big/wild animals, sand/dirt/paint/glitter or similar materials, please, inform us beforehand so that we can work out a safe implementation. * HOLDS - Dates are available on a first book/first serve basis and will not be held without deposit or reservation. * SCOUTING/LOCATION VISITS - We are happy to accomodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouts are subject to availability, and we will not accommodate scouts during other guests' reservations/productions. * OVERTIME - All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. - Overtime MIGHT be possible, and its duration completely depends on the studio schedule. - If timing allows, Overtime will be billed in HALF-HOUR increments at a rate of 1.5 times the stated hourly rate. - Please inform us about possible or desirable overtime in advance or during the booking process, so we can consider that in the studio schedule. - NOTE: if you start wrapping up after the end of the booking or just forget about timing - these are overtime conditions, and Peerspace will charge your card for additional 30 min. - More about Overtime here: https://support.peerspace.com/hc/en-us/articles/203416869-How-does-overtime-work- * NOISE - We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Curfew is from 10 PM to 7 AM. * STUDIO FURNITURE - Please be advised that requests for furniture movement must be made in advance of the booking. All paintings, end tables and lamps can be moved prior to the booking. - Any larger furniture (including, but not limited to: couches, dining-room table, Tv and entertainment center and dresser) will need to be moved (by you) on the day of the booking, as it will require more than one person per item. - If there are any special requests, please reach out to us and let us know before-hand, so that we can determine how to best accommodate your needs. * CLEANING & DAMAGES - Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. - Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. - Please take care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. - Please dispose of any trash items in the Trash shoot by the elevator. The building has certain restrictions, so we must be notified before hand and give the ok prior to your booking. * ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES - The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation. * MISCELLANEOUS - There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated Thank you respecting our rules, and we look forward to hosting your next project! - NO FOOD or liquids (except water) in the studio and around the equipment. Loved this space! It has so much natural light and the architecture of the apartment makes for a lot of variety of shots. Shoot in the Bathroom!! Joe was an excellent host. He stayed nearby to help with anything we needed. He was so nice and helpful. We got some awesome shots! Would highly recommend!
Joe's hospitality is amazing; excellent host. He is quick to respond with clear directions. We had fun doing a photoshoot for social media. Highly recommended!
This space was perfect. At the beginning Joe had some photos that weren’t showing the space perfectly so he actually called me and discussed it over the phone. He was honest and did everything he could to make the space perfect for me. I would defiantly recommend booking this space if you are thinking about it.
Joe is simply the best! Leading up to my event, he was very communicative and quick to respond, with very clear directions on how to park, get inside, etc. When I arrived, Joe had everything already set up, so there was very little to do on my part. All of my guests really enjoyed themselves and that was a chiefly due to the inviting and warm atmosphere Joe created. The loft is incredibly spacious with enough room and chairs so people could sit, stand or whatever they desire. We utilized the ring light and backdrop Joe provided as well, which created some very bomb pictures for my friends and me. Additionally, there is a large restroom and a kitchen right off of the living area, making it very easy for guest access/use. Joe is very down to earth and easy going, and I would most definitely book this space with him again!
This space was exactly what we were looking for. Do take note that there is an individual living in this space- however he was rather accommodating with moving furniture around for our needs. Our event/photo shoot ended up having more people then we intended initially, and still the event went smoothly. Overall a good experience.
