We are located in Downtown Los Angeles by the Figueroa and Fashion District. Our 11th floor is private and used primarily by non-profits, creatives, event coordinators, and professional specialists. Our event spaces are available from 9am to 5pm. Rentals are for the space only and any additional services come at an additional charge. The space is used for hands-on or educational workshops, wholesale and trade temporary showroom, panel discussions, off-site strategy planing, and non-profit programing. This brightly lit room is an approx 3,800 sq. foot event space that features high ceilings and natural light. This rental comes with Wi-Fi, restroom access, handicap accessible and filtered water. **Additional charges apply for furniture/equipment rentals, staffing, labor, after-hours utilities, and other on-site amenities.
- Guest is to check in and communicate when they are leaving the premises. - Keep the space in good and undamaged condition for the duration of the Event. - Avoid Wax, rosin, powder, water, tape or any other substance on the floors or furniture, - Please ask for permission before hanging flyers, posters, or using type on walls. - No smoking or cannabis use on the floor - Outdoor smoking area is available. - No incense or candles. - No loud music. - Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. - Please ask permission before moving furniture. - Trash should be left in bins, we handle the rest. - Rental includes set up and tear down time. Please request additional time on top of your event time - All bookings are to communicate to staff for extra time (load in or break down).
