Welcome to Regal Brooklyn Brownstone, a unique intimate rental space to host dinner parties, weddings, photoshoots, and more. Our expectation is you will experience and love it as much as we do. The space offers a touch of exposed brick and a fireplace that carries over into the entertainment space unveiling raw charm with a modern presence. The kitchen/lounge area provides an open layout equipped with state of the art features. Built-in wall and convection speed ovens, gas cooktop, dishwasher, waterfall countertop, and a five-burner cooktop, accompanied by a wall-mounted pot filler are all available to use. Nana walls dynamic folding glass walls provide a seamless entry into the backyard. These doors glide open and shut with just one hand and invite the outside in while providing an expanded sense of space and preserve an unobstructed view when it is closed. The backyard is enclosed by 6 feet vinyl fencing and provides a serene oasis atmosphere and sufficient privacy. The event space is limited to the ground level floor. The Regal B is the Place To BE!! I hosted my birthday dinner with about 30-40 guests and I couldn’t have chosen a better venue than the Regal Brooklyn Brownstone! Frederica, the host, was very helpful, responsive and welcoming. I was able to see the space and layout before booking which sealed the deal for me. My guests are still raving about the venue. There is enough counter space for serving food, and access to the backyard patio is priceless. It’s intimate, you have lots of privacy and an understanding host. Can’t beat that! 10/10! I recommend!

Frederica was a gracious host. Was very patient with me as some of my guests sometimes wandered to the front of the venue and we ended up clearing out a little later than scheduled.
