Welcome to Regal Brooklyn Brownstone, a unique intimate rental space to host dinner parties, weddings, photoshoots, and more. Our expectation is you will experience and love it as much as we do. The space offers a touch of exposed brick and a fireplace that carries over into the entertainment space unveiling raw charm with a modern presence. The kitchen/lounge area provides an open layout equipped with state of the art features. Built-in wall and convection speed ovens, gas cooktop, dishwasher, waterfall countertop, and a five-burner cooktop, accompanied by a wall-mounted pot filler are all available to use. Nana walls dynamic folding glass walls provide a seamless entry into the backyard. These doors glide open and shut with just one hand and invite the outside in while providing an expanded sense of space and preserve an unobstructed view when it is closed. The backyard is enclosed by 6 feet vinyl fencing and provides a serene oasis atmosphere and sufficient privacy. The event space is limited to the ground level floor. From conception to completion my interactions with Regal Brooklyn Brownstone was exceptional. The space actual exceeded my expectations and was more beautiful in person then as advertised. It's decor was perfect for my daughter's bridal shower. All transactions involving the space rental were smooth and professionally executed. It was sparkling clean and that was especially appreciated since our booking of the space was taking place during COVID. The host, Frederica was always accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had or requests we made. My experience with this space was amazing! I was absolutely in love with the cleanliness and beautiful decor. My guests continued to compliment the space all night, including the wonderfully decorated backyard. The host was extremely helpful, understanding and available for anything that I needed throughout this booking. I loved the added flexibility to change the look of the space to fit your specific event needs. In addition, COVID-19 precautions were put into place which made my guests as well as myself feel safe and free to have a great time and enjoy each others company. I am really happy I chose this space for my gathering and I would 100% recommend.
