4000 sqft open creative space with tons of natural light and hardwoods with a historic-building-meets-Brooklyn vibe. Our space has large windows rimming the north and western walls, with a corner ocean view. Open, and minimal furniture is included for use, or highly flexible and easily reconfigurable if you'd like to bring some of your own for shoots. The building is a historic building, built in 1912, and the space was originally home to old department stores, and a dance club during the WW1/WW2 era called "The Glass Slipper".
No smoking of any kind.
