My home is a small, 1000 square foot Craftsman Bungalow built in 1921. It is bright and airy, featuring hardwood floors, variety of antique and vintage furnishings, white walls, a TON of windows/natural light and an abundance of gorgeous houseplants. My house is located in Norwood, Ohio, just outside downtown Cincinnati. Norwood has a rich history with beautiful, old homes and is centrally located near both I-75 and 71 with a quick jaunt to downtown, Hyde Park, Oakley and Pleasant Ridge. The home should be used for photoshoots/videos where a modest, eclectic style is needed. Because of it's small footprint, it lends itself to "real" photos. I love having people over, hosting parties, etc., so I am thrilled to open my home to whoever may need it.
My house is bright, clean and full of oxygen from my plants. I have few rules, however I do ask the following: +Absolutely no smoking - no exceptions +Animals are welcome - however, they must be fully trained +No alterations to permanent fixtures (i.e. painting the walls) +Respect - for my home, my belongings and my neighborhood
Emily is the best! She made us coffee and was extemely helpful! She even helped us arrange furniture for our video shoot. The house was beautiful and her dog is adorable. Would definitely use this space again.
