The facility is equipped with Green Room for talent, Pantry for catering, and back of house load in for outside vendors. Serving alcohol must come with appropriate serving license. Caterers will need to supply a COI and Vendor Access form. All trash must be removed from premise on own (by caterer). 1 hour before and after event is complimentary for set up and tear down (with minimum 8 hour booking), any additional large scale set up + installation will need to be discussed. There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. However, the pantry for catering prep has several power outlets on separate circuit breakers so full scale catering is possible. We are happy to work with you on setting up any configuration of the room and arranging for additional furniture and decor to be installed.
