Welcome to our creative daylight studio perfect for all creative enterprises including photo shoots, video production, cooking classes, special events, off-sites, and workshops. Q: How big is the studio? A: We offer 1,650 total sf of shooting space. The kitchen/studio is 1,050 sf with an adjoining gallery space that is 600 sf. Our studio can accommodate up to 40 guests for banquet seating & 150 guests for standing events. Q: Can the space be decorated? A: We encourage you to prepare decorations that reflect your creative requirements but ask that no nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items are used on our wall. Only low-tack tape is allowed on our floors and walls. Q: Do you offer cleaning services? A: Cleaning services are available for an additional fee.

Eric and Matt at Gate Valve Studio were great to work with. The space works really well for a catered event and has a great vibe. It was clean when we arrived and any last minute questions that I had were answered immediately. Highly recommend!
The space is very beautiful! We were able to go in early and set up which was really nice to not feel rushed for our event. It was easy to get in and out of and there was plenty of parking for our guests. The big windows are beautiful and the kitchen was great! However; there were a few things that should be taken into consideration when managing an event space. One being the host wouldn’t respond when we had questions on the day of the event. The bathrooms weren’t stocked with basic things like paper towels and we had to bring our own. Also, we had to pay a $100 cleaning fee and the place was very dirty upon our arrival! There were dirty dishes scattered all around the space and coffee grounds all over the place. The host asked we take the garbage out with us (which was no problem) but all of the garbages were full as we arrived. The floors were also very dirty and dusty. These are just basic things that should be cleaned before an event begins and should be taken into consideration when hosting an event. Otherwise, the host was a great contact & very responsive on the weekdays (or any time before the actual event took place) or when I needed to see the space & had questions. We would definitely book again through Peerspace and overall it was a great experience!!!
