Beautiful Private Outdoor Garden Space

We held our June wedding reception in this lovely space. Melissa was very helpful in planning all the details, and we were able to put together exactly the laid-back, casual evening we envisioned.

We hosted our post-wedding brunch for about 30 people at Melissa’s space. It was clean and elegantly simple, exactly what we were looking for. The greenery does its’ own job as serving as the perfect decorations, so we didn’t need to bring in anything extravagant. Melissa is very easy to work with, very responsive, and lets you know exactly what to expect with the space and how to prepare for your arrival. We can’t thank her enough!

What can I say about this beautiful gem of a location?! My husband and I were blow away at how beautiful the place was for our Wedding Reception. I was born and raised in Long Beach, so to have our reception in my hometown meant the world to me. Melissa is fantastic! She was very hands-on making sure our guest and us were taken care of! And those Tofu Tacos!!!!! <3 I would say the only things to keep in mind prior to any event, parking can be a bit of an issue so preplan ahead; Melissa is great with explaining any parking concerns. And if you do have food that needs to be chilled prior to serving, there is no refrigerator on site, so plan accordingly. Other than that our guest were very happy and so were we! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Melissa for providing so many wonderful things for us on our special day!

Working with Mel was wonderful and everything for my event just flowed with ease. The space is beautiful just as the pictures show and I would highly recommend The Hangout!
