This building is 2600 square feet with two levels. The first floor is 1800 square feet and includes a dance studio with mirrors, sprung wood and/or marley floor, a great sound system, a piano, skylights and abundant natural light. There is an industrial sink, a full bathroom, a dressing room and a lobby area with seating. The second floor is 800 square feet and that studio is extremely bright and airy with windows on two walls. There is also a bathroom on this level. The floors are old growth douglas fir and there is a wall of mirrors as well. This building is great for parties, dancing, offsite meetings, small performances, photoshoots etc. There is a large roll up for loading large items.

Host was great, helpful, and flexible! Space was perfect for the number of students I have for dance rehearsal. Location was great and easy to find. All my students parents were super happy with the location also cause they can go shopping can come back when rehearsals end. LOL!
