Our 500 sqft space is located in a 1930’s historical building in Downtown Palo Alto. This gorgeous location offers a warm and cozy environment. Our lounge can be reserved for parties of 50. The space is ideally used for team meetings, workshops, lectures, motivational gatherings, executive meetings, and other professional events. If you're looking to get out of the office for your next meeting our space is waiting for you! Featured amenities for meetings: - Projector & Drop-Down Screen available with HDMI Connectivity (extra charge) - Large Conference Table (seats 12) - 8 small tables - 30 chairs - Speakers/audio equipment (extra charge) - Whiteboard (extra charge) - Wifi - Lots of seating available for boardroom or theater style set-ups - Tons of natural light and easy access in downtown palo alto Capacity - Board Room Style - 12 - Seating Available - 30 - Theater Style - 30-40 (with rental of additional seats). - Standing - 40 - 1 Restroom provided in cafe next door Seating We offer three types of seating: - Lounge Seating (included w/ booking) - Theater Style ($100 set up fee) - Board Room Style ($100 set up fee) For even additional privacy or extra space, you can also rent our front outdoor patio area for an additional $95 per hour. Food & Beverages We offer in-house Food & Beverage catering, please inquire with host in case you require food & beverages for your event, we are happy to work with you on food selection and any other requests you may have. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
