Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This venue was amazing. It was so versatile and so easy to make into our "own" branded version. The location was great, the cafe next door was SO easy for our clients to run over and grab lunch, it was overall just a wonderful experience. If we do an event in LA again, I would definitely use this space again!

An absolute dream space! I hosted an intimate (50-ish guests) wedding anniversary party here and everyone had an amazing time. The venue's design and thoughtful details are lovely and Jillian, the owner, was helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Please note there's limited street parking if you plan on having a lot of guests/vendors, but this shouldn't be a huge issue if some people carpool/use a rideshare app (as we suggested on our invitations).

Jillian is really great, very prompt with communication, and truly appreciated her accommodations in the moments of last minutes changes from vendors I used. We had surprise graduation party for my brother. The space was so amazing. All we had to add were little balloons and coverings for the tables because the decor there is already so trendy and nice for any occasion. The Space host Jillian was the sweetest and easiest person to work with. She made the process seamless and answered any and all questions we had. We had a blast, my brother was so surprised and I can’t wait to throw future events here.
