We are a functioning production and post house located in the heart of midtown. We have a unique, penthouse space and an outdoor deck with great views. We are close to 2 major parking garages and we have a private elevator. For more information feel free to send us a message about your production needs. We want to caveat that depending on the needs of your production, prices may vary. Total two floors is 17,773 square feet. 21st floor: 7590 sqft 22nd floor: 10,183 sqft

Sydney our host was amazing! So accommodating and amazing to work with. The space was amazing too. The roof deck was gorgeous and the view of the Chrysler building and other surrounding buildings was the ideal background for our photo shoot. The interiors were also awesome for our corporate photo shoot. We could not have had a better experience and we would highly recommend anyone to work with Sydney as all our requests were met with such a great response!
