All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Want the comfort and coziness of being at home, coupled with an amazing entertaining indoor and outdoor space? Located 20mins by subway from Lower East Side of Manhattan, the Brooklyn gem has original features mixed with modern amenities. The main floor has an open floor plan from the kitchen to dining room to living room, with the charm of features like pocket doors, two decorative fireplaces and exposed brick. The indoor dining table seats 6-8, sonos speaker for music, and the best of the best kitchen appliances (wolf stove, viking refrigerator). The outdoor space includes a large deck with a grill and full outdoor dining table with 6 chairs, as well as a yard with outdoor seating area for 6 comfortably, and cafe lights to set a festive mood. Half bathroom on the main floor, plus two full bathrooms upstairs. Two bedrooms plus a blowup mattress in the office.

General Rules

No smoking inside. # of Guests must be agreed upon as part of the booking. Pets are allowed only on a case by case basis. Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors All rentals include setup and teardown time.
