- 4,000 square foot training room - black antimicrobial astro turf - 6 skylights (that can be covered up with tarps) - different textures: concrete wall, reclaimed wood wall, - full use of all athletic equipment if needed: prowler sleds, pull up bars, weights, barbells, resistance bands, battle ropes, treadmills, physio balls - equipment can be put away so not in pictures as well - no public transportation to get here - neighborhood is a quiet industrial street with other businesses - full use of amenities which include 500 square foot lounge and bathrooms/locker rooms, filtered water - AC and ceiling fans - free WIFI
