During the spring and fall the space can be set up with heat lamps to keep your guests comfortable. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This space is jaw dropping. It is so beautiful all on its own that decorating is made easier. It has a natural outdoor beauty with all of its wonderful green plantlife. The space is clean and easy to arrange. Irene is wonderful. She is very helpful and responsive. This space is amazingly versatile and easy to use. 10/10 hands down.

We had a pleasant experience the venue was adored by our guest. I love the idea of having a garden like outdoor experience and this place gave us just that. The host was wonderful and we had everything we needed for our event. I only wish there was a bathroom other then a porter potty but I guess you can’t have it all, other then that I would definitely book this venue again.

Perfect space! Held a farewell brunch/bbq here for my family the day after my wedding and everyone loved the space. Irene was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future events!

This space was absolutely perfect in every way. Our guests could not get over how "cool" it was - a hidden gem in the middle of Brooklyn. It was spacious and inviting and had all the things we needed. Irene was great to work with. I would definitely book this space again!

The space was even better in person. The host was very nice and understanding once she realized this was a baby shower and not a throw down party. The only part that people complained about was having to use a PortaPotty. For my first time using a service like this, I think this went over incredibly well!

To start off, this place was absolutely beautiful and was the perfect venue for my event. We received many compliments on the decor and atmosphere. However, there are just a few things that stops me from leaving a perfect review. First, communicating with the owner, Irene, was very difficult. Many times, she did not answer our phone calls and did not return emails. There was even a time where I needed to reach out to Peerspace to have them contact her. When we did finally get in touch, she was usually very short on the phone, which made me feel like I was wasting her time by calling her about questions we had. I think an easy solution to this would be for her to possibly hire someone specifically to run and manage the venue rental side of her business, because it seems like she was usually pretty busy with the landscape design part of her business, not leaving her with much time to communicate with her venue renters. Overall though, she answered my questions and was usually open to some of my ideas. Second, the venue only has one bathroom... which happens to be a Port-o-Potty... this wasn't a huge issue to me, but being a venue that allows up to 75 guests, it just seems like maybe at least one more Port-o-Potty would work better. Both as far as cleanliness and reducing the line of people waiting to use the bathroom. Last thing- which was minor, was that at the end of the night, during clean-up, the lights were not working. There were light switches, but the lights would not turn on. So, we had to do some of our clean up in the dark with only the light of our cell phones. Probably an hour or so after attempting to clean in the dark, a man showed up (I'm guessing a friend of the owners) and helped get the lights on. Overall, the space was beautiful, and now knowing all the little niches of the space and the owner, I would definitely book again.
