Our venue was dreamt up by the our design team artists to be a beautiful, flexible, high-end event space for the Bay Area. We took everything we learned from our success at our first two locations to create this truly unforgettable event space. This brand new location, nestled conveniently in between the historic Union Square and Nob Hill neighborhoods, is 1,700 square feet featuring beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows, gorgeous wood floors, gallery lighting, and open floor plan. The space has been recently renovated by hand (including our hands) and we pulled out all the stops on this project. Pricing: Our hourly rate varies based on date and time. Be sure to include time for your setup and breakdown! Monday - Friday 9am-5pm: $139/hr Monday - Thursday 5pm-closing: $79/hr Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm: $139/hr Friday-Sunday 5pm-closing: $139/hr Capacity: 32 guests seated -or- 49 guests standing Amenities: - WiFi - Whiteboard - Projector & screen - In-house iPad for music streaming - Stereo system - TV - Small kitchenette with a water filter, mini-fridge, sink, and microwave - Tables and seating for up to 32 guests

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We had all we needed and the big screen was very helpful for our speaker. I like the Airplay System to connect to the TV / Beamer. The arrangement of the tables is very flexibel because of the wheels. Unfortunately it was quite cold and the provided heaters were not that efficient as we expected (and we had some problems with the power / fuses). But after a while it was nice and warm. The space is great, the plants create a nice vibe and overall it was perfect for our needs.
