Hi there! This space was custom-designed from the ground up by local artisans and artists to be a high-end event space for the Bay Area. We took everything we learned from our success at our first two Peerspace locations to create this truly unforgettable event space. This brand new location, nestled conveniently in between the historic Union Square and Nob Hill neighborhoods, is truly a undiscovered gem in the San Francisco scene. The space is 1,700 square feet featuring beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows, gorgeous wood floors, gallery lighting, and open floor plan. The space has been recently renovated by hand (including my hands) and we have built in everything we can think of with the finest detail into this project. Weekday (Monday - Friday afternoon) hourly rate is $89/hour! Weekend rate (Friday night through Sunday night) is $119/hour, as listed here. As a Peerspace "Power Host", I've hosted more than two hundred special events and celebrations of all types and I'm happy to work with you to customize the space to fit your specific event needs. We have four handcrafted designer tables and 50 chairs. The Downtown Creative Meeting Space supports local artists and features gorgeous handcrafted tables, fine art, and decor that all created by local Bay Area residents. By booking with us you enable us to keep the gallery completely free for our local creative residents to showcase and sell their amazing work. So thank you! We provide a high-end music system, wireless LED customized lighting, an HD cinema projector, custom built photobooth, a small catering room, smart locks, a high-end laptop, and most importantly, some of the best customer service and event support you will find. The A/V package comes complete with a dedicated A/V technician along with all the equipment (amps, microphone, and projector) for $100 flat. If you'd just like the projector and screen by itself, it is included in the rental! The Downtown Creative Meeting Space is located right in the heart of downtown San Francisco and is extremely accessible via public transportation and rideshare. There are also several parking structures on the block. This space is 1.5 blocks from the famous Union Square and dozens of high-end hotels and world class shopping and restaurants. Weekday (Monday - Friday afternoon) hourly rate is $89/hour! Weekend rate (Friday night through Sunday night) is $119/hour, as listed. You are responsible for removing all items you bring into the space. You may leave trash and recycling for us to remove. Basically, we operate a "leave no trace" policy. We will clean thoroughly before you rent so that is sparkling upon your arrival. We ask that you leave it as clean as it was when you arrived. We will take care of a deep cleaning after your event, however. You may bring in any food or drink that you like. No restrictions or extra charges. You may bring your own catering service as well. No amplified live music. You will be responsible for any significant damage done to the facilities or products in the space. Normal wear and tear, however, is not a problem.
Anthony and his team were AMAZING!!! They answered all my emails with a sense of urgency and were very accommodating the day of my event. I was very pleased with the overall experience.
This is a classy, central space in SF. We were very happy with everything - it met all expectations. We used the space to run 'speed interview' meetings with multiple companies.
Enjoyed This event space very much. Arthenna was very helpful and accommodating to my last minute use of the projector. Definitely recommend this space for offsite gatherings/ cocktails. The parking structures in the area did have an out by midnight time restriction and the “small catering room” is like a very small room with a deep sink which I used for some storage of extra food during my event. My team enjoyed this place very much we will be back again!
This was a perfect space for my 40 person all hands meeting and review. Anthony went over and above to answer all my questions quickly and met my vendor who arrived early. The lighting is great, the temperature can be adjusted as needed and we were able to have full privacy for the meeting portion. My team said this was the best space we've used so far, we will definitely be back!
Great space. It has everything you need and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Artheena was great, she checked on us in a really discrete way and was not disruptive during our meeting. Note that the venue is on the ground floor though. It gives it a lot of natural light which is great unless you're sharing confidential information. Unfortunately one of the blinds was broken and we couldn't entirely close it when we would have needed it. Still overall great space.
This space was perfect for my post wedding day brunch! Beautiful, very close to union square and easy to work with. We used their recommended caterer Hil’s Cooking, which was amazing as well. I’d recommend this space to anyone! It’s awesome in the daytime especially with the plants and windows!!
