The 2,700 sq ft location is a multi use space with 5 reserved and 16 shared parking spaces in Eagle Rock/Highland Park area. Primarily a recording studio but also available for event rentals of all sorts. Art shows, book signings, band rehearsals, live shows, filming, comedy shows, birthdays, and the list goes on. The venue has a stage, live P.A. setup, lights, chairs, tables etc. Walk throughs are welcome.
The off-site max persons is 45. If you wish to serve alcohol during your meeting please look up my venue under the Event section of Peerspace for correct pricing. Thanks

Best time ever!! Sam is 100% professional and covered every detail and beyond!! The space was so perfect for our private party everyone loved the vibes!! The place came spot clean!! Great staff on hand to help with every little detail. We had such a wondrous time celebrating together and I truly can’t speak more highly of the space, staff and professionalism.
