Welcome to our studio, a multifaceted / creative space with endless possibilities, designed and planned out for anyone with a very small or big event, from dinner parties, photo-shoots, stage performances and music rehearsals, to club like settings with stage performers. This space includes many eye opening qualities; some are listed in the amenities for starters, including: Interchangeable custom bar space counter with high stool seating, also includes lit-up mirrored back drop with glass shelving equipped with many champagne and wine glasses, with additional glass shelf space for tall bottles. Close to the bar is a customized free standing 9 foot lit up mirrored tower elegantly displayed with champagne and wine glasses, very versatile and can be used for many other display ideas. Tall custom designed mobile podiums for presentations or simple stand-up cocktails and socializing. 6 round tables dressed with your choice of tablecloths, accompanied with 24 chairs, along with several bar stools. A few lit decorative faux fire places adorn the walls for cozy dimmed lit occasions, such as dinner parties and lounge party settings. Contemporary Stage equipped for karaoke, Open Mic, DJ / bands. Spot lighting has been installed for stage scenes and performances. The size of the stage is spacious enough for group panels, presentations, recitals and more. Framed bay windows are attached to the stage, which allow for natural day lighting. Cushioned pull out seating is attached to the stage for additional seating in our 600 square foot space. Additional Options: We offer a form called BUILD YOUR EVENT, this includes a list of options offered at additional fees: Extra tables and extra chairs, additional furnishings, white lounge couch seating, dishes, props, podiums, stage use & preparation, full service bar for beverage sales, deluxe karaoke system with 2 microphones and over 300 vocal effects, and many other special options are offered. Great Location, many restaurants on this historic avenue including the famous Sylvia's, Red Rooster and Whole Foods Market. We are a ground level access location, just a few feet from a bus stop and less then 2 minute walk from all major public transportation.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I was very disappointed and upset and with much discuss with the owner of this space . She is a very rude person.She spoke to my husband with such disrespect because we were upset when we walked in and the place wasn't set up yet. She had her belongings all over the bar that I paid her to use. She gave a very small space to put my beverage and glasses. Very loudly with my guess already in the space she said to my husband that she would give him the last word because it made him feel like a man. She walked away saying this is her place and made it very clear to all my guess that was watching her act like a ass.I paid your company 770 dollars and paid her again 350 to use a small space in the back which also was not set up. My party was suppose to start at 9 pm but did not start almost a hour later.She wouldnt allow us to use both speakers because she said it shook her chandeliers upstairs. Her workers kept going behind the bar all night and I notice my beers were disappearing.Finally I was charged twice for clean up once by your company and another by her which I mention earlier in the 350 dollars that I gave her. I was also charged for the use of the stage. I did love the space and I really wanted the use of the yard space but I was told that was another 350 dollars.The way my husband was treated made my experience horrific! I was very upset all night but because I had such a great staff working my guess enjoyed our launch party.

The Cozy Social Event Lounge space was by far the best experience and service I’ve ever had. The attention to detail, the communication, and the energy to ensure that our event was exactly what we wanted was accomplished. Anything we needed help with, last minute changes or adjustments was handled without hesitation. I will surely use this space again!!!

If I could give them 20 stars.. I would. Had an event on March 9th, 2019 and from the beginning stages of the planning right up until the final song.. they were very very helpful. They went above and beyond. You could tell their biggest priority is to make sure your dream comes true. I cannot say enough about the wonderful people. They are kind, caring and just wonderful people. I will call out everyone’s name and thank them personally for their contribution (yes I know all their names) but I’m not sure what’s allowed in the comments The space.. such a gorgeous spot. All my guests said they love the place and will probably do events there. It needs little to no extra decoration. It’s nice. I had 50 people at my event and I didn’t even notice because it’s surprisingly spacious. Oh and Incase you were wondering, the space looks exactly like its pictures.
