Amazing pool home in the beautiful Southgate/Arlington Park neighborhood! Fantastic space for parties & entertaining, meetings, workshops & classes, photo/film shoots, meetup groups, reunions, anything imaginable! Bring me your ideas, the place is yours- whole house with giant flat screen tv, pool in screened lanai area with grill, 2nd bathroom by pool area, and a really pretty yard. Pool is not heated. House is 1100 sq ft, open concept, has central air cooling/heating, WIFI, & is conveniently located on a busline. Kid friendly, pet friendly! Great as a party space, photoshoots, meetings, workshops, rehearsals, artist studio, meet ups, workspace, events.. Anything imaginable!
No smoking in house or lanai. Smoking permitted in yard IF no cigarette butts are left behind. No loud music or excessive noise after 10 pm on weeknights.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
