This 500 sq ft West Hollywood space has been converted to an intimate Moroccan studio lounge available for photo shoots, commercials, web series, video shoots, filmed interviews & small productions. The styled studio garage features eclectic decor of tribal, vintage & Moroccan style and offers a comfortable, unique atmosphere complete with stylish lounge furniture, wall art, varied hanging fabrics & mood lighting. Suitable for styled fashion shoots, film shoots, and more - we look forward to hosting your production here! Max cast/crew group is 25. ADDITIONAL NOTES: • Location -- conveniently between West Hollywood & LaBrea, near Fairfax & the Grove • Load-in & Parking -- a driveway is available for load-in/out and free street parking is available for cast crew vehicles. • Furniture -- additional seating & tables are available upon request (please inquire). Furniture / decor in the space may be rearranged as long as it's set back in place after. • Craft Service Catering -- if you're seeking easy craft services, we can provide in-house catering for your cast/crew at an additional fee. • Kitchen -- if food/catering items need to be stored, you'll have access to a small indoor kitchen. Access to the residential apartment is otherwise not permitted.
ACCESS -- Please note this is a studio garage associated with a residential building. Guests will not be granted access to the residential building - rental rate is for studio garage only. ITEMS NOT PERMITTED -- Please note that parties, fake blood, pets, or glitter are strictly not permitted. SITE MANAGEMENT -- if you would like a site manager present throughout your booking to assist with any space questions or concerns, a small additional fee applies to your rental. OVERTIME -- Please be sure to include in your booking reservation time to load-in & strike. If your shoot runs past the time booked, the hours are charged time-and-a-half per Peerspace policy. the spot looked great on-camera and was perfect for what we needed (a filmed sit-down interview) but i would just give a heads up that the "lounge" is in the owners garage in his backyard, so it's not the most luxurious place to bring VIP talent or if you need a make-up/wardrobe station in the space.
