About the Space
Located in Manhattan's most northern neighborhood, Marble Hill, our contemporary stand alone colonial house sits on two lots with an extremely private backyard. The 1st floor has been completely updated with top of the line kitchen appliances and countertops. All exterior walls on the 1st floor have been completely soundproofed to limit noise from the street. The 2nd Floor has a master bedroom with drop down projector and projector screen. The master bathroom has dual sinks and a wet room consisting of a dual shower head and corner Jacuzzi. At a glance: -Our home has 5 bedrooms and is roughly 3,000 sq. ft. -The yard is roughly 2,500 square feet and has a patio w/ gas grill. -Available seven days a week from 7am-10pm (*with project-to-project availability)

We HIGHLY recommend this location! Our experience was simply perfect. The house was everything we needed for our project -- beautiful, versatile, clean -- and the hosts (John, his wife and his father) were all extremely helpful and kind. They all made sure our questions were answered quickly (whether we were communicating by email, or in person during the scout and the shoot itself), and they went above and beyond throughout the whole process to accommodate our specific schedule and needs.

John was an exceptional host! I booked him for a day of interviews and verite for NBC Peacock Productions. Due to weather, we had many last minute schedule changes that John was thankfully able to roll with. Space was clean, well decorated and John went above and beyond to accommodate parking, an infant, talent, etc. I will definitely be keeping him in mind for the future.
