The space features 9 large HD screens(all serviced by their own individual power points) which can be used for any form of film or screen demo event. It's perfect for shoots that are looking for a classic downtown sports bar atmosphere (note, there is no bar in this private room - the functioning bar is located next door). The window at the front of room spans the entire width of this side room allowing in an extensive amount of natural light, not to mention the added artificial lighting provided by 14 high wattage LED lights. All areas in this room are accessible for productions, including the exterior. A securely locked storage room makes up the most rear portion of the space. This maybe ideally used to store production equipment throughout the duration of event and also as overnight storage if needed by any guest. An on-site manager is available with a key for this room throughout all events. Truck loading is available mon-fri from 7am - 6pm while regular street is available on the opposite side of the street. The Edison parking lot is also within a 5 minute walk on Essex street between Houston and Stanton.
