About the Space
Located in Manhattan's most northern neighborhood, Marble Hill, our contemporary stand alone colonial house sits on two lots with an extremely private backyard. The 1st floor has been completely updated with top of the line kitchen appliances and countertops. All exterior walls on the 1st floor have been completely soundproofed to limit noise from the street. This listing is for events and meetings that need outdoor space that can accommodate 75 people. The yard is roughly 2,500 square feet and has a patio with gas grill. Tables, chairs, tents must be rented separately.

John was an exceptional host! I booked him for a day of interviews and verite for NBC Peacock Productions. Due to weather, we had many last minute schedule changes that John was thankfully able to roll with. Space was clean, well decorated and John went above and beyond to accommodate parking, an infant, talent, etc. I will definitely be keeping him in mind for the future.
