We are one of the most interesting and edgy spaces in SF. We are a record store & cafe with a thriving creative event space. Our space is wide open and has beautiful lighting with a modern industrial aesthetic. Concrete, steel, exposed brick and gorgeous lines. You can have your event among an amazing collection of vinyl or the space can be completely cleared so that no one will ever know you are hosting inside a record store. You imagine it and we can host it. Small intimate seated dinner parties, Death Metal shows, corporate events, shamanic healing workshops, performance art.. you name it! We have an amazing sound system and DJ booth available for use. We can provide full bartending for private events. Events open to the public we are able to provide on site beer and cider sales. We have a full list of amazing caterers that we can work with to provide food for your events. We also have world class house and techno DJs in residence who can provide DJ services for events. We have enough tables, bar space and stool seating for up to 20 people. We can help you rent and coordinate delivery of additional seating, tables, and other furniture as needed.
No smoking in the space. We allow outside catering with approval of the catereer after we are able to speak with them. We have a license to serve beer and cider to the public so if your event is open to the public and you want to have people purchase alcohol we can provide that options. We can also provide full bar service (Beer, wine, and liquor) for any closed hosted event. (Hosted bar only) We require security when: Alcohol is being served Events start after 5pm More than 15 guests Exceptions to this can be discussed but this is rarely waived. We provide this for an additional cost of $50 an hour. We also have an extra cleaning fee for events that have high traffic, or food and beverage service or other extra mess. Our cleaning fee is $150 per rental.
