Shoot our house! This 3 bedroom/3 bath 1800 sq. ft. modern meets Spanish home in Santa Monica is close to the 10 freeway, bus line and Bergamot Station Expo stop. It features an exposed wood beam ceiling in the living room in addition to a fireplace. The spacious master suite has high ceilings, floor to ceiling glass doors/windows, jacuzzi tub and large shower with a backyard view. Lots of natural light! The modern back patio has a beautiful fountain. There is a wide back gate for easy load in/out through the backyard and front gate. Each house entrance has 2 steps. Street parking, plus one space in the front driveway and behind the garage.
No smoking please. Street cleaning on Monday & Friday afternoons (1:00-3:00) will limit PM parking- morning is much easier on those days though. Will consider overnight/weekend shoots at a higher hourly rate. Please give at least 48 hours advanced notice for booking requests.
