About Brushstrokes + Beverages
A unique, trendy spot in the East Village Arts District of Long Beach, CA. The colorfully designed studio has gallery artwork on the walls and can be used classroom style with provided tables and chairs or any way you wish. We have a bar area for food/beverage as well as a refrigerator/freezer. Includes a bathroom as well. Space is 888 square feet and includes 9 tables, 37 chairs, and a couch.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Amazing venue and host! For a small-ish gathering of 20 or so people, you can beat this. It had everything I needed - tables, chairs, area to set up food, bathroom, refrigerator/freezer, full audio set up, and even a quiet room for people to chill for a sec. I had my daughter's bridal shower here, and it was a hit! Michael was incredibly kind and accommodating. I will rent this space again in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything, Michael!

Our experience renting this space was great! Everything went smoothly and it is a great space. I especially loved the little back room with the couch… perfect spot for an introvert like me to have a conversation with just a few people during a noisy party! My daughter is already planning to have her party again here next year.

The space was perfect! Roomy but cozy, plenty of seating and serving surfaces, music, nice light, a quiet retreat in back. Owner was laid back and so friendly. I’m really glad we booked this space!
