Rates: $150/hr | 4hr minimum + $150 Cleaning fee We are a 2500-square-foot natural light studio and creative space in the heart of Buckhead in Atlanta, Georgia. Designed by a natural light photographer, this all-white studio was thoughtfully set up to coordinate with and enhance your work. Highlights: - 2 Distinct Areas: 850sf all-white studio + 1500sf production/pre-function area - 17' all-white ceilings - (3) 8' Northwest-facing windows that lets in soft natural light from sun up to sun down - 850sf all-white natural light studio. 25' walls & white flooring - Available Studio Props: Linen queen-size bed with all-white bedding, linen loveseat, 8'x8' rolling wall with both gray and natural wood backdrops, white modern chairs - Available Production Area Includes: (4) 6' white office tables with (8) rolling white chairs, 8' white conference table with (8) barstools, client sitting area - Private conference room with flat screen television - Client Lounge includes: Makeup Area, Kitchenette with full size fridge and microwave, kitchen dining area for 4, kids play area - On-site parking - Loading dock with ramp access We host photography shoots, film shoots, casting calls, large production shoots, creative workshops, intimate gatherings & events, children's birthday parties and more! Our studio is located in the heart of Buckhead in Atlanta, Georgia and neighbors some of Atlanta’s most charming and affluent neighborhoods in the city. We are minutes from Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza, upscale destinations for shoppers, decadent restaurants, and world-class hotels. Park Studios is also easily accessible to major interstates including I-85 and 400. Nestled right next to the studio space is a client lounge area that houses a custom-built vanity area, a small kitchenette, dining area for 4, children’s play area, and extra seating for additional guests. We designed it to make your clients feel right at home.
1 - Your scheduled rental time begins promptly at the designated start time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. Be sure to schedule enough time for setup, to accommodate clients who may be running late, and any additional time that you may need to finish cleaning up. If your session runs over your rental period, you will automatically be charged another 150% per hour. 2 - You are required to leave the studio space and client lounge exactly how you found it. Clean up after every shoot. This includes the white floors, walls, windows, all furniture pieces, bathroom, vanity area, kitchen area, etc. Failing to do may result in loss of your studio deposit or an invoice containing a separate cleaning fee. 3 - No smoking whatsoever is allowed in the building or within 20 feet of any entrance. Food and drink must stay in the client lounge area unless otherwise noted. Music/voices are to be kept at a reasonable level and not contain vulgar or offensive language or lyrics. 4 - No fires, candles or pets allowed at anytime unless with written permission from the studio manager. Glitter, cake smash sessions, sand, and anything that will stain white floors or walls are not allowed unless with special consent. No nails, pins, etc on the walls. If you need to adhere something, please use removable hooks or putty. If you damage the walls or space in any way, you are responsible for the repairs. 5 - Conduct: You are responsible for the conduct and welfare of all clients and persons accompanying you during your rental period. The studio manager reserves the right to cancel or terminate any scheduled session for any reason they deem necessary. 6 - Require a COI certificate of insurance for all rentals. Your insurance company will need to list us on your policy, and a copy of that certificate is required for rental. 7 - No alcohol is permitted unless specifically granted permission by the studio manager. Any/all events that serves alcohol to guests requires security on site during all event hours. 8 - You are welcome to move any of the furniture or props in the space, but please do not drag the furniture across the floor. Please have someone help you move heavy items and make sure you put everything back into the place it was when you arrived. 9 - Cancellation: We follow Peerspace cancellation policy 10 - A $100 security deposit is required to book. You will receive your check back or your credit card will be refunded back following your scheduled rental period provided there was no breach of contract and all of the studio policies were adhered.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

We held a corporate marketing event in the space and it worked perfectly for our needs. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. My one critique is that the description regarding the chairs and tables available needs more clarification as it wasn't until the week of the event that I understood what was and was not available. It was also not clear that we were responsible for our own set up of the tables and chairs and I was relieved that the staff was willing to help with this in the end.
