The penthouse is a 2-floor private loft with an outdoor rooftop terrace! The fully furnished facility features state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, comfortable lounge seating, built-in bar, conference table, full kitchen and passenger elevator. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Overall really great space and our host made sure we had everything we needed. Day-of event coordinator was also very helpful. The space looks as it is advertised. Has a great A/V setup too!

The host was very kind, responsive and quick to help with the issues that we encountered on our booking day! Unfortunately the AC not working and both toilets being out of order when we arrived in the morning. Also the back patio area did not have the plants that were in the photo, and the cushions were dirty. The inside area was also not clean.

This space was absolutely perfect for our interview. Lots of depth, and really lovely light. The place contains lots of options for different shooting needs. Sean and Matthew were both excellent hosts - super helpful and accomodating!

I had the best time at this fully furnished penthouse. Everything was amazing from the space to the assisting staff. I celebrated my birthday with family and friends and I could not have chose a better place to do it. Thank you to Sean and the team!
