All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Huge glass garage door, creates excellent light onto the 16' x 16' white cyclorama cove. 16'x 16' Green screen cyclorama cove upstairs with built in lighting. Garage door is powered and can be rolled up to use as loading dock. Parking is designated spaces only Plenty of extension cords and electrical outlets adjacent to cyc wall. Coded entry on electronic keypad. Studio manager on call 2000 square feet.

The space was awesome! Easy in-and-out. It had lots of stuff in there you could use (boxes, etc.) The only thing we did not like was the white floor was dirtier than expected. Although there was an option (for $100) to paint the floor, we thought it might be a little better. All-in-all we were happy and it was a great space!

The space was great and very well equipped with gear (lighting, mirrors, clothing rack, chairs, sandbags, and more). The only thing that would've made it 5 stars was the fact the white space was pretty dirty with footprints/dirt. I know that's a hard thing to keep up with, but was a little surprised at the difference in the photo vs. it's current state. Overall, very thrilled with the studio! Jacob, thank you for helping me get in this morning haha and I hope to come back again!
