Walk back in history in this classic 1901 Victorian house. Spacious front yard perfect for large gatherings, and back-yard with pavers for those romantic dance scenes. Large driveway and lots of street parking available for the crew. This home has been featured in many movies in the past. 4000 sqft, 2-story with 14,000 sqft front and backyard. Rental may include front and back yard, ground floor which includes large living/dining room, kitchen and family area, one bedroom and one study, 2 separate bathrooms (available for guests and crew use), dance room in basement with green screen wall (for shootings) & garage with one of the garage walls being a green screen. (Dance room and garage are perfect for dress-up/make-up rooms). Yard is perfect for outdoor parties. Open to discussing any of your particular and specific arrangements and or requirements, including budget restrictions if any. Event organizer liability insurance is required. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The home is beautiful, has character and was the perfect place to turn a somber event into something warm and welcoming. Denis’ teenage kids are also amazing! His son is helpful and polite.
