Located in the heart of San Francisco's Financial District this beautiful 1,300 sqft event space features sweeping views of Downtown and the Trans American Building from our 300 sqft Patio. SPACE DESCRIPTION This charming, beautifully furnished & decorated venue for groups of up 100 people is truly one of a kind and will no doubt provide the perfect ambiance for your event. The event space is semi-private and features a beautiful Marble Bar area with 4 Rotating Handles, Beer and Wine. The space provides plenty of seating options and tables can be cleared out for more standing room. Additionally you will have exclusive access to our 300sqft outdoor patio that features sweeping views of Downtown and the Trans American Building. PRICING * All bookings require a 3-Hour Bar Tab Minimum * 11AM-10PM Availability *Featured Hourly Booking Rate* SATURDAY - TUESDAY $1200/hr + tax + tip = $1542/hr food and bar tab ——————— Additional options available below. WEDNESDAY - FRIDAY These are our most busy days and we typically do not close for private events on these days. Message host for special inquiries like this. Additionally special rates may apply on important sports game days. Please message host for details. ——————— FOOD AND BAR Food and bar minimums are included in the booking rate and typically serve up to 100 Guests. The average cost of a drink is $6 a beer, and $11 per glass of wine. We carry a variety of domestic and imported beers, both draft and bottled. Our food menu features a variety of options ranging from buffet style platters, appetizers and mains. Please view pictures for samples of our food options and coordinate with host AT LEAST 72 HOURS AHEAD of your event on your food requirements, After the hosted bar tab has been reached, you may choose to add more or close out. Host can assist guest on these elements. We also work with a wide range of vendors who can accommodate nearly anything you might want for your event. Just inquire about it with the host. CONVENIENCE TO THE GUEST 2 blocks from Bart/Muni, Embarcadero Station. There is also secure, covered, public parking. Garage closes at Midnight. We also offer Validation with purchase of food and beverage. When you enter the Embarcadero Center you will need to take the escalator or elevator to Level P. We are located to the right. EXPECTATIONS PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING Food selection needs to be communicated and agreed upon ALEAST 72 HOURS AHEAD of time. Total Headcount needs to be communicated ahead of event Event manager and staff will be present during the event

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
