This large luxury Villa is located in the most desirable area in Silicon Valley, in an upscale residential, shopping, dining, and entertainment complex with 70 shops, 35 restaurants & bars, adjacent to Valley Fair Mall in San Jose, California. No need to drive - everything is within walking distance, with plenty of Ubers available if needed. The open floor plan includes full size gourmet kitchen, large island, wet bar with beverage center, additional sink that doubles as ice-chest for beverages, dining and living room, 1/2 bath with washer and dryer. Our Villa is perfect for small business events, START-UPs that need to get a couple hours of coding done, product demos/videos, product pitches to VCs, Teaching specialty classes, Yoga classes, Baby and wedding showers, etc. SITE MANAGER - (additional cost) A Site Manager can be provided for all day assistance. He/She will open up the space for first arrivals and supervise load-in & load-out, table & chair setup and strike, WiFi and flatscreen connectivity and technical support as well as manage kitchen access for outside caterers and to answer any questions or provide solutions. The space is awesome, the room is clean, spacious, comes with all the stuff we need and the patio is magnificent. It's conveniently located within Santana Row so there are plenty of shops and restaurants and parking spaces nearby. We booked this space for our daughter's first birthday and can't thank Chip enough. He helped us carry all the decorations all the way from our car on the 5th floor of the parking garage to his space and made sure we had everything we needed before handing us the key. We had a total blast and 100% would book again in the future, highly recommend!

Chip was a terrific host and the space was everything we needed for our production. Additionally, there are fantastic restaurant options for lunch, which makes eating away from the set incredibly easy.

The pictures do not do the space justice. It was amazing! We threw a bridal shower here and it was spacious enough for 30 people. We had tables and chairs outside. They were able to accommodate 30 chairs for us even though they originally only had 24. The outdoor terrace was great as it was in the shade for the earlier part of the day when we were eating. Chip was an AWESOME host! He was super helpful during the planning process and even the day of. If I ever throw an event again, I would consider using this space. THANKS CHIP!
