THE SPACE Hours of Operation - 9:00am-12:00am Minimum Reservation - 2 hour Max Occupancy – 118 The Great Room is 3100 sq. ft. (indoor only) and approximately 5000 sq. ft. when outside area and conference rooms are included. Note that the space is located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of this when booking. AMENITIES WiFi, full demonstration kitchen, dining area, fire place, outdoor terrace. THE LOCATION Located in Mesa Verde and a short drive from Huntington and Newport Beach. We are footsteps away from various food options and transportation methods. PARKING Onsite parking is provided and included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services when available for larger events. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable. • Face coverings are required for unvaccinated individuals in indoor public settings, in accordance with the California Department of Public Health. Also, if you have in-person contact with one of our team members, a face covering is required.

Very nice space with plenty of room. The kitchen us huge so it was very useful. Liked that there was a TV as well because we were able to use it for a presentation. Overall a great space!

The place was a good spot to host an event party that you have. The only problem we had was the parking and where to park. We had two cars towed due to parking in a spot where one of the residents lived. Another thing was there was no hand soap there, only in their public restroom which was outside. Otherwise, the place was pretty good! Thank you Courtney for having us.

Great space! We had no issues getting in on time the day of. Would highly recommend. Only issues were the kitchen sink was clogged & there was no hand soap in the restroom or kitchen, only hand sanitizer. For the price hand soap should be provided since we already brought our own trash bags!

I reccomend checking out the space before hand and telling your guest to take ride shares. Parking is very minimal and hard to find. Our reservation was on a Sunday and it was extremelyhard contacting Courtney. Other than that, the experience we had inside the clubhouse was good.

The venue is great for hosting a party of 50-60 guests. The two complaints are lack of parking and the ease of parking and clear visibility to the guests and also the single bathrooms in the space.

This space was perfect for our wedding! We utilized both the indoor and outdoor spaces as well as a conference room. Courtney was very communicative leading up to the event. The on site security guard was a bit over bearing - we had to interrupt the party to show him proof of booking and insurance even though we had already verified everything with peer space beforehand. He did help kick out a homeless person who wandered in during the event. Otherwise everything went smoothly and we enjoyed immensely, and we would book again!

I rented this space for my graduation party of around 100 guests and it was amazing! Courtney was very responsive and made the booking process extremely simple. This space can hold large parties comfortably and has plenty of seating in the indoor and outdoor space. I would definitely book this space with Courtney again!
