There are no residential so we've never ran into sound issues even deep into the night. Located only a mile from the 405 so it is very accessible. Access space via schedule appointment time. Space representative will open and close location unless prior set up occurs. Large events may need a security and/or parking monitor. We can arrange for this with one of our staff members - $20 per hour, during event hours (not necessary during set-up and break down). Space is equipped with 2 large couches, 2 fold up 6 ft long tables (can be hidden), 2 5 ft long tables (can be hidden), 10 mismatch fold up chairs (can be hidden), 2 large 4.5 ft tall speakers, sound system with bluetooth or wired cinnection, 30 L x 10 T ft of black pipe and drape (can be hidden), small fridge/freezer and microwave. Small single toilet, single sink bathroom. 2 parking lots. One large 12 space lot and one small 2/7 space lot depending on time and day of rental (this lot is shared with other buisnesses). Meter Parking available on street but is free for evening events.
