The hourly rate of $105.00/hr will apply to cover the cost of having one of our staff or trained security guards onsite to grant access to the building. Our experience wasn't great. The general area of this facility is not great, many of our guests felt uncomfortable leaving their vehicles in the parking lot. The other problem was that both days we rented the space the building was late being unlocked leaving all 17 of our guests waiting outside . The only phone numbers we had we called numerous times without answer when we needed assistance. The suite number was not provided and we had no idea which unit the conference room was located in. We will not be using Peerspace again.
