This “one of kind” condo features extremely high end finish out whereby no expense was spared during the design and build phase. The condo was renovated by an award winning architecture and design firm. The building is located in the premier Westlake area and is only seconds away from restaurants and other amenities. Very easy access to Loop 360 and Mopac and is only a few miles from downtown. The space is approximately 1200 square feet and includes a large approximately 600 square foot conference room / recording studio, in addition to reception, kitchen and two bathrooms.
This is a high end space that must be treated with care. No smoking. No pets. Must respect neighbors and be quiet especially during 8am-6pm business hours.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
