For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met.
All bookings are inclusive of set up and break down time, and for this reason we recommend booking an hour before and after your set event time.
Furniture cannot be rearranged without prior approval from host. Please dispose of garbage, leave the space "broom clean" and check in with the concierge on your way out.
All deliveries and catering need to be approved and communicated to host in advance. The Peerspace Concierge team can help coordinate any additional services you may need, contact them at concierge@peerspace.com
Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor.
Catering, entertainers, and dancing require prior approval from management and may require liability insurance.
We may require you to also sign our supplemental Peerspace booking agreement prior to the event and provide names of all attendees for check in.
If your booking is a larger event and/or includes alcohol you may need to purchase additional event insurance and provide a COI and/or provide a refundable security deposit prior to the booking date.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Our well equipped event spaces are perfect for your next intimate gathering or cocktail party. The unique settings and reliable amenities deliver an enjoyable experience every time. There are multiple break out spaces, kitchen access and entertainment games such as ping pong and pool. Note that the space is located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of this when booking. AMENITIES Wi-Fi, Fridge, Microwave, Pool table, fireplace, 55" HDTV. THE LOCATION Located in Mesa Verde and a short drive from Huntington and Newport Beach. We are footsteps away from various food options and transportation methods. PARKING Onsite parking is provided but is limited. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.

Yes, I would book again.
The guests enjoyed the space. As the hostess of the event I was disappointed we couldn’t easily reach help to open the doors and get the AC going. It took 30 mins to reach a live person at the location and another 20 mins until the doors were open to circulate air. Once that was resolved the space was comfortable. I wanted to put the video of Emily who we were honoring at celebration of life on the smart TVs and the remote controls didn’t work and the maintenance couldn’t help us. That was a bummer. The women’s bathroom had a garbage bag over one of the toilet stalls and it was not a good smell in the bathroom. Ugh. Otherwise, the location is lovely and we had a nice event experience. We enjoyed the maintenance man and he was very cheerful and helpful.

The space was great! Once you figure out where the space is located, it was easy for your guest to get to. There's plenty of parking to go around. During the time when we rented out the space, we had two pool tables instead of a ping pong table. Patrol assistance in the vicinity was nice and helpful. Courtney was very responsive! We rented out this space for a post-proposal potluck.

Other than the actual venue it’s self doesn’t have an address or location easy for anyone to find, the place was great, and the host Courtney was very responsive and helpful all the way to the end! What an awesome experience. Great app also!

This space was not the right fit for our group. Courtney was great at communication and provided a map but it is a large apartment complex with a confusing layout and the same address for a very large lot. The property itself was lovely but there were some aspects that really led to an unsuccessful event for a large group. Only about 30% of my RSVPs showed up with resounding feedback that the venue was nearly impossible to find and they spent 30mins+ wandering around even after checking in at the office. The space has no bathrooms attached and just one small fob (that honestly I am shocked was not lost amongst 40 people using it) that unlocked the gate to the pool which had the only restrooms. It was awkward to have my guests walking next to a hot tub full of young people who were very obviously drunk. The restrooms were poorly stocked and almost pitch black with 1 dim light overhead. The fridge did not work at all. I arrived at 4:30pm and when my guests arrived around 6:30pm and nothing had cooled at all. For a price tag of close to $1,000 and with dozens of Peerspace rentals under my belt I unfortunately have to say I would not book this venue again.

No, I would not book again.
Overall the space was a great venue for our guests. There was more than enough room to accommodate all our guests. We did have some issues initially finding the right office to get to keys to gain access, but we had consistent communication throughout the event. Many guests did say it wasn’t the easiest to find, and the bathrooms were out of the way. Also, I would suggest bringing a cooler and ice if you want chilled beverages, because the fridge did not cool anything! Aside from that, it was a lovely space, and our event turned out great.

This space was the perfect venue to host a baby shower for a large group of our friends and family. Ample parking, seating (indoor and outdoor). There's even a doggy park near by for little ones to watch furry friends. The space came with a full sized fridge, sink and plenty of counter space for food and drinks. Check in was also easy and Courtney was very quick to respond to any questions we had with booking and the venue.
