Our beautiful event space is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A pool table will surely entertain the crowd! Pool use not permitted. Space was very nice and clean. A little difficult to find but eventually was able to find it. Courtney was very nice but was a little difficult to get ahold of as it was a weekend.

No direct contact with personnel. Could not use the pool table because no balls were available. Every time I reached out to the phone number that was displayed, I could not reach anyone because no one answered. Text messages were very delayed and the day before the event, I messaged for details and got no response. Overall, the customer service experience was horrible. I cannot rely on the contact information that was provided. I would not use this website again.

The location looked great in person and on camera. Courtney (off-site rep) was responsive and pleasant. If you plan on filming or hosting an event here, I highly recommend scouting the location before. The clubhouse is not easy to find in the large apartment complex. I used a pin in my communication with crew to get them there. On-site issues such as Wifi access and TV settings were not easy to navigate, even with a few days advance notice prior to the filming day. We would film here again as it provided the look we needed and overall was a good experience with the proper planning.

This space was very cute, convenient and a lot of fun! The pool table was great for my guests and it was overall a great space for my birthday party! Courtney was great at communication! There was a mix up at the beginning therefore it was really difficult to find at first, but once found i was able to drop pins to my guests and they all were able to find it easily!

Booking with Courtney was great. She was quick on communication! The space was nice and spacious. Parking wasn't really an issue, just make sure your guests read the signs before parking.

The guests enjoyed the space. As the hostess of the event I was disappointed we couldn’t easily reach help to open the doors and get the AC going. It took 30 mins to reach a live person at the location and another 20 mins until the doors were open to circulate air. Once that was resolved the space was comfortable. I wanted to put the video of Emily who we were honoring at celebration of life on the smart TVs and the remote controls didn’t work and the maintenance couldn’t help us. That was a bummer. The women’s bathroom had a garbage bag over one of the toilet stalls and it was not a good smell in the bathroom. Ugh. Otherwise, the location is lovely and we had a nice event experience. We enjoyed the maintenance man and he was very cheerful and helpful.

The space was great! Once you figure out where the space is located, it was easy for your guest to get to. There's plenty of parking to go around. During the time when we rented out the space, we had two pool tables instead of a ping pong table. Patrol assistance in the vicinity was nice and helpful. Courtney was very responsive! We rented out this space for a post-proposal potluck.
