With more than sixty feet of window and tall ceilings, this beautiful space is an ideal location for teams wanting to work together in an offsite or a photography shoot that needs just the right amount of natural light. The total square footage of the space is just over 2000 square feet and features two larger areas with tables and chairs, a loft with a smaller table and seating for eight people, a kitchenette, accessible bathroom, and wi-fi. The space is connected to our retail shop by way of a door-sized opening which we can easily block for privacy. In addition to being in a beautiful, creative space, you're also smack dab in the historic center of Seattle's oldest neighborhood, Pioneer Square. Centrally located to the Link Light Rail, several bus lines, the ferry terminals and the train station, transportation options are a plenty. If driving, there are several all-day lots.
DEEP CLEANING FEE: It is okay to use any powder, chalk, flour, confetti, glitter, or hard-to-clean substance but will result in additional $100 cleaning fee. We have kraft paper that you can use to protect our table and floor surfaces as needed. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING: As part of Seattle's CAP, we face higher fees and restrictions around our trash and recycling limits. Each rental will receive one garbage and one recycling bag. Any additional bags will be charged $10 per bag or large item that isn't recyclable or is larger than said bags. MACHINE AND SUPPLY USE: Use of our sewing machines and other creative supplies are not included in the fee. For use of these items, a staff member's presence is required and results in an additional hourly or daily rate. MAXIMUM ATTENDEES: You are allowed max. of 20 attendees for your booking. Please inform us for additional guests as there is an extra charge of $20/hr for every 10 attendees. NO SMOKING: This building is a 100% smoke-free zone. DAMAGE: Accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use. The damage fee starts at $50 depending on the item(s). Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We are more than happy to schedule you in for a walk-through.
