The hours of rental includes set-up and breakdown. Location is rented as-is per your (1) set-up style request (i.e. Classroom Style, Theater, Boardroom, U-Shape). The Client must receive permission from the Venue before moving any furniture or belongings. Any and all moving will require supervision of the Site Manager who will be present during event setup for this purpose. All décor pieces on shelves, tables or walls shall remain in place unless requested to be removed and then only removed by the Site Manager. Catering services can be provided for an additional charge through Tres LA Catering. Guests are also welcome to bring in outside food and beverages but must be approved by the venue before. The Client is responsible for removing all trash and items brought in by their party and returning the property in the condition they received it.
