Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The loft is fully cleaned and sanitized after each use.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Full floor loft space with skylights and large windows. 1500sq ft. Full Bathroom and Kitchen. Mostly empty and open loft space. Large Palm and Lemon trees add an outdoor feeling. Exposed brick and fire place. Wood floors and wood lined walls. Optional 16ft dining table and chairs for 10 people, or two 8ft tables. Great downtown location at Astor Place and Cooper Square. Pricing subject to change based on Event Date, Time, and Number of Guests. Please submit us a request for your event and we will happily get back to you with a price quote ASAP! If your event is smaller, it’s possible the fee may be less than listed. If your event is larger, it’s possible the fee may be higher than listed.

We are on a commercial loading and unloading only street. The entrance is up a flight of stairs.

Food and Alcohol events must be approved by owner. No Pets. No Shoes. Children must be supervised by adults. Pricing subject to change based on Event Date, Time, and Number of Guests. Please submit us a request for your event and we will happily get back to you with a price quote ASAP! If your event is smaller, it’s possible the fee may be less than listed. If your event is larger, it’s possible the fee may be higher than listed.
