About the Space
This space is perfect for video and photo shoots. With 7000 sq ft of space a super high ceilings it allows the customer to become very creative. There is a huge car park and plenty of room to work. The venue has a great boxing set up and gym area with a separate area for Strength & Conditioning which has a different rate. Our price is very competitive and the rates can be negotiated once it goes into the 2nd day. If shooting a commercial with more than 20 people please contact us for pricing. The $60 price is for booking price only. All other areas are add-ons Boxing ring - Boxing bags - Vintage room - Lockers room area - weights area and outside are all separate charges. We also have a 20x25 ft white cyc wall in the same building which is a separate charge. If shooting a movie please contact us for pricing. Extra car parking can be negotiated based on size of production.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
