About the Space

Our rooftop offers stunning views of Downtown Seattle. This is the perfect space for meetings, birthday parties, photo shoots, workshops, baby showers, dinners, team off sites, film shoots. There are two gas grills available. There are two fire pits that will make your event really pop and an outdoor screen (without projector)! We do not allow live music or DJs. Furniture is subject to change and/or removal at any time. We look forward to hosting you!

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Awesome space. We had a great time. Views are amazing. Our guests from all over the country enjoyed a lot and had fun taking tons of pictures.
